1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or similar browser technologies that can store information on your device. River House also uses local browser storage to remember your consent choice.
2. Necessary storage
The site uses local storage under the key riverhouse_cookie_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. The site also uses essential scripts for navigation, forms and security.
3. Analytics
Google Tag Manager loads the River House measurement setup. Analytics storage is denied by default and becomes available only when you choose “Allow analytics”. The site sends non-sensitive events such as page views, vehicle views, gallery opens and enquiry interactions. It does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form messages to analytics.
4. Google Maps
The contact page includes a Google Maps frame. Opening that page can involve a request to Google and may be subject to Google’s own policies. A future implementation may replace this with a click-to-load map to prevent the request until you choose to view it.
5. Your choice
You can choose “Necessary only” or “Allow analytics” in the banner. After choosing, use the Cookie settings control to reopen the choice. Clearing browser storage also resets the choice.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when the website or its services change. Third-party cookie names and retention periods should be checked again before publication.
