1. Who we are
RiverHouse BV, Scheggertdijk 56, 7218 NB Almen, The Netherlands, is responsible for this website. You can contact us at info@riverhousemini.com or +31 (0)575 433166.
Registration and VAT details may be added after owner confirmation. Because this website is not an online shop, their absence is not treated as a default publication blocker.
2. What information we use
When you use the enquiry form, the website can ask for your name, email address, telephone number, country, timing, vehicle preferences and message. At present, the form is a front-end demonstration and does not transmit the submitted information to a live CRM or email endpoint.
With analytics consent, the website may send event information such as page path, page language, vehicle page, gallery interaction and button clicks through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Form values and contact details are not sent to analytics.
3. Why we use information
- To respond to an enquiry or commission request.
- To provide information about a vehicle, restoration route or next step.
- To understand website use and improve the site, only after analytics consent.
- To protect the website and keep it functioning securely.
The legal basis for analytics is consent. The basis for responding to a request is taking steps at the visitor’s request and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
4. Third parties
The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for consent-based measurement. The contact page also loads a Google Maps frame, which can involve a request to Google when that page is opened. The current newsletter form is not connected to a mailing platform.
Hosting, email and any future form-processing provider must be added here before the enquiry form is activated: [TO CONFIRM].
5. Retention and your rights
Because the enquiry and newsletter forms are currently demonstrations, no submitted form record is retained by the website as implemented. Once live enquiry delivery is enabled, River House will retain received enquiries and related correspondence for seven years.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, analytics setup or enquiry process changes. The latest review date appears at the top of this page.
